MEON R57–R69 Continuation: Source-Line-Locked HFF/CATS/Lenstool Lens-Equation Audit with Max-T/FWER Significance Validation

This release continues the MEON validation chain after R56 and documents the R57–R69 audit sequence for HFF/CATS/Lenstool gravitational-lensing data. The work extends the previous STScI/HFF topology validation into a stricter lens-equation consistency audit. The chain includes a negative/control cross-tracer result in R67, chronology and provenance checks in R68, exact Lenstool DPL deflection-map semantics in R68.1.4 V7, CATS multiple-image coordinate resolution in R69.1, a 64-convention sign/axis audit in R69.2, official CATS/FITS/WCS/Lenstool source-line convention evidence in R69.3–R69.3.2, a locked-convention lens-equation measurement in R69.4, and a null/significance protocol in R69.5.
The final locked convention is R692V007, defined as eq-1_ax-1_ay-1_swap1_tx+1_ty-1. Under this locked convention, the R69.4 measurement over 10 source families, 3 clusters, and 93 image samples produced a median source/image RMS ratio of 0.4488859360302907, a mean ratio of 0.7181094066745202, and a weighted mean ratio of 0.4610449393535758. R69.5 then tested the frozen locked result using 20,000 deterministic cluster-stratified family-label permutations and a 64-variant Max-T/FWER correction. The primary corrected p-value was p = 0.009649517524123795, passing the alpha = 0.05 threshold.
R69.6 V2 packages the complete reproducibility and audit chain, including SHA256/CRC verification of all upstream outputs, final gate ledgers, result tables, conservative claim notes, and Zenodo-ready documentation. The result should be interpreted as evidence for a statistically non-random lens-equation consistency signal within the frozen HFF/CATS/Lenstool pipeline. It is not presented as an independent external replication, a complete MEON theory proof, a standalone cosmological falsification, or a full comparison of cosmological models.
