TABLE 2. — Microsatellite locus information for Batrachospermum gelatinosum (L.) De Candolle. Locus name, repeat motif, expected size, oligo sequences, agarose gel amplification profile,fluorochrome used on the forward oligo,and fragment analysis (FA) amplification profile. Note: fluorochrome and FA profile columns are only for loci tested on the capillary sequencer. Diallelic 1, we consistently observed two alleles when only one should be present in a haploid gametophyte.
