D4.1 EVALUATION AND IMPACT ASSESSMENT PLAN

This Evaluation and Impact Assessment Plan has been developed within the framework of the CATALISI project to support its progress and measure its impact. Its aim is to assess the progress of the domain interventions in the CATALISI implementing HEIs during the project period and to envision and build capacities of the participating implementing HEIs for assessing the effects of long-term impact (post-project) of their interventions, recognising that impact assessment is challenging for short duration projects, especially when related to institutional change. In addition, it provides a monitoring plan to support the HEIs to monitor the progress of the action plans. It further provides a means for developing evaluative evidence on the implementation of the CATALISI Acceleration Services and their strengths and challenges.
