The I·V·O Framework — Core Architecture, Ethics, Licensing & Digital Applications (v2.1)
Description
The I·V·O Framework is an open structural architecture for observing dynamics across human, organizational, technological and systemic domains.
It describes how systems operate through three irreducible operators:
I — Observation & Responsibility
V — Direction & Dynamics
O — Field & Context
Rather than functioning as a fixed method or ideology, IVO operates as a universal observation and mapping language applicable across scales — from nervous systems and teams to organizational, societal and digital environments.
This archive contains the core architectural documents of the I·V·O Framework, including:
— Core architecture and notation
— Ethics framework
— Safety principles
— Access principles
— Licensing structure
— Conceptual digital application architecture
The theoretical layer of IVO is published under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license and is freely available for reading, study, citation, research and non-commercial adaptation.
Commercial implementation layers — including consulting, software, digital instrumentation, training, AI integration and organizational deployment — require an explicit written commercial license agreement.
All applications of IVO are subject to:
— IVO Ethics — Complete Edition
— IVO Safety Principles
— IVO Access Principles
The IVO Framework may not be applied in systems that:
— remove explicit human responsibility
— operate through mass surveillance or behavioral manipulation
— function without bounded human oversight
— structurally suppress autonomy, dignity or psychological safety
All documents are deposited at Zenodo as timestamped prior art and public reference archive material establishing authorship, conceptual continuity and version history.
