Variables description

survivor: Indicator of study group (1 = Hodgkin lymphoma survivors; 0 = sibling comparators).
sex: Biological sex (1 = male; 2 = female).
race4: Race/ethnicity (1 = non-Hispanic White; 2 = non-Hispanic Black; 3 = Hispanic/Latino; 4 = other).
agedx: Age at primary cancer diagnosis.
ageQ: Age at study entry, defined as the age at the first questionnaire completed at ≥18 years.
age_censor: Age at censoring.
age_last: Age at last completed questionnaire.
CAD35, CHF35, card: Indicators (yes/no) for cardiovascular outcomes, including coronary artery disease (CAD), congestive heart failure (CHF), and overall cardiac events.
age_CAD35, age_CHF35, age_card: Age at occurrence of each respective event; missing if no event. Events occurring before ageQ needed to be excluded, so the analytic sample size would vary by outcome.
evsmoke: Ever smoking status (yes/no), assessed at each questionnaire.

Heavey: Heavy alcohol consumption (yes/no), assessed at each questionnaire.
bmicat: Body mass index category (1 = underweight; 2 = normal; 3 = overweight; 4 = obese).

anthcat: Anthracycline exposure (0 = none; 1 = >0 to <250 mg/m²; 2 = ≥250 mg/m²).

bmt_yn: History of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (yes/no).
hyper25, chole25, diab25: Indicators (yes/no) for hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes mellitus, respectively (used in sensitivity analyses).
age_hyper25, age_chole25, age_diab25: Age at onset of hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes mellitus. These are compared with ageQ to determine whether the condition was present at study entry.
