Il presente trattato formalizza la Matematica della Persistenza, risolvendo il bug della divisione per zero attraverso il Postulato del Decadimento Operatorio (N:0=N). Integrando la teoria degli insiemi (ZFC), la fisica teorica e l'architettura dei dati (Patch di Luzzi), l'opera dimostra che la sostanza permane invariata contro ogni tentativo di annullamento logico. Il lavoro fornisce risoluzioni integrate per i Problemi del Millennio (Navier-Stokes, P vs NP, Riemann), certificando il primato dell'Ente sull'operatore.
