Description

Figure 9 - Patterns of species composition in primary forest, secondary forest, and fallow land communities according to the sampling method. a. Non-metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMDS) ordination graph representing the distribution of communities captured with different sampling methods in different habitats based on Bray-Curtis dissimilarity distances; b. Dispersion distance of the different groups to the centroid. Horizontal lines represent median values, boxes represent the first and third quartiles, and whiskers indicate the maximum and minimum values. Dots represent outliers. Lowercase letters above the boxplots indicate pairwise significant differences between groups based on Dunn's test with Benjamini-Hochberg's p-value correction.
