Description
Figure 4 - Patterns of ant species composition in primary forest (PF), secondary forest (SF), and fallow land (FL) communities. a. Non-Metric Multidimensional Scaling (NMDS) ordination graph representing the distribution of communities from different habitats based on Bray-Curtis dissimilarity distances; b. Dispersion distance to the centroid of the different sampled sites. Horizontal lines represent median values, boxes represent the first and third quartiles, and whiskers indicate the maximum and minimum values. Dots represent outliers. Lowercase letters above the boxplots indicate pairwise significant differences between habitats based on Dunn's test with Holm's p-value correction.
