Islah Nexus Sovereign Intelligence Platform

ISS ZERO documents the V1 architecture and pipeline of the Islah Nexus — a sovereign AI intelligence platform designed under the constitutional constraints of the Islah Constitutional Framework (ICF — STVU Ω∞, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20128830).

The platform is built on eleven constitutional layers, each enforcing a distinct dimension of sovereign, ethical, and accessible AI operation. Three constitutional engines power the core: the Omnisingular Epistemic Integrity Operator (Layer 2, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19058520), the Conscious Equation (Layer 3, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18899845), and the PSY Unified Theory (Layer 7, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18928757).

This paper reports:
(1) The eleven-layer constitutional architecture and V1 pipeline status
(2) A formal gap audit of 39 identified architectural gaps — 32 sealed, 4 pre-empirical, 3 flagged
(3) Honest self-assessed epistemic integrity score: σ_self = 0.46
(4) Revenue and access model operationalizing Law VII (Walang Maiiwan — no one left behind): Individual tier ₱250–500/month, Institutional, OEM, and Free for those who cannot pay

The platform is live at islah.nexus. Flutter MVP in active development. Constitutional pipeline: V1 operational across three devices (Vivobook 8GB, Pocophone F5 Pro, Honor X6C 4GB).

Validated under the JAJIS 2026 research initiative. T4 multi-AI council confirms 100% win rate and 73% variance reduction. σ ceiling hard-enforced at 0.93 (Law II). The 7% mystery gap is preserved.
