FMTOMO Velocity Grid Files
Description
FMTOMO velocity grid files containing tomography outputs (with reference velocity grids, as well as synthetic input velocity grids for recovery tests) for different runs.
- "optimal_model": tomography run with optimal regularisation.
- "checkerboard_recovery_*km": checkerboard recovery test tomography runs with varying checkerboard cube width.
- "gap_recovery": gap recovery test tomography run.
Also tomography outputs for different data inputs from https://zenodo.org/uploads/17465795:
- "manually_filtered_unregularised": tomography run with manually (and preliminary tomography) filtered picks with no regularisation
- "automatically_filtered_unregularised": tomography run with automatically (and preliminary tomography) filtered picks with no regularisation
- "manually_automatically_filtered_unregularised": tomography run with manually then automatically (and preliminary tomography) filtered picks with no regularisation
When using with 3D plotting code (https://github.com/graptolite/fmtomo-model-3d), these will need to be renamed to "vgrids.in", "vgridsref.in" and "vgridstrue.in" as appropriate.
