FMTOMO Pick Files After Various Filtering Regimes

Pick files at various stages of filtering:

• "pick_unfiltered.zip": picks before filtering
• "picks-manually-filtered.zip": picks after manual filtering (waveform inspection). Out-of-bounds picks are also removed
• "picks-automatically-filtered.zip": picks after automatic filtering (spatial analysis).
• "picks-manually-automatically-filtered.zip": picks after manual filtering followed by automatic filtering.
• "manually_preliminary_tomo_filtered_picks.zip": picks after manual filtering and preliminary-tomography-run filtering - these picks are used for tomography (including recovery tests) unless otherwise specified.
• "automatically_preliminary_tomo_filtered_picks.zip": picks after automatic filtering and preliminary-tomography-run filtering.
• "manually_automatically_preliminary_tomo_filtered_picks.zip": picks after manual filtering followed by automatic filtering and then preliminary-tomography-run filtering.

Notes: the ttr files in picks-manually-filtered.zip, picks-automatically-filtered.zip, and picks-manually-automatically-filtered.zip then underwent traveltime mean removal as well as removal of topography effects before use in tomography. The ttr files in *_preliminary_tomo_filtered_picks.zip have undergone traveltime mean removal as well as removal of topography effects, followed by preliminary tomography filtering.
