摘 要:自亚当·斯密以来,经济学始终以牛顿力学的机械论世界观为基础,构建了“理性人-线性因果-确定性均衡”的理论体系。这一体系主导了工业时代的经济思想与政策实践,但在数字经济时代已陷入系统性失效:它既无法解释零边际成本、平台垄断、预期自我实现等新兴现象,也难以应对全球金融危机、产业链断裂、气候变化等系统性风险。本文通过将量子力学的核心思想与人类经济活动的本质规律深度融合,开创性地提出量子经济学十大基本原理。这十大原理并非物理概念的简单类比,而是对经济系统“不确定性、非线性、有机整体性”本质的深刻揭示,它从根本上重构了经济学的微观基础、价值理论、增长理论与调控逻辑,实现了经济学从机械论范式向系统论范式的革命性转换。量子经济学不仅能统一解释工业经济与数字经济的运行规律,更为全球经济治理、国家创新发展与人类可持续未来提供了全新的思想框架。

Abstract
Abstract: since Adam Smith, economics has always been based on the mechanistic worldview of Newtonian mechanics, and has constructed a theoretical system of "rational man linear causality deterministic equilibrium". This system has dominated the economic thought and policy practice in the industrial era, but it has fallen into systematic failure in the digital economy era: it can not explain the emerging phenomena such as zero marginal cost, platform monopoly, expected self realization, and it is also difficult to deal with the global financial crisis, industrial chain disruption, climate change and other systemic risks. By deeply integrating the core idea of quantum mechanics with the essential laws of human economic activities, this paper creatively puts forward ten basic principles of quantum economics. These ten principles are not a simple analogy of physical concepts, but a profound revelation of the essence of the "uncertainty, nonlinearity and organic integrity" of the economic system. They fundamentally reconstruct the micro basis, value theory, growth theory and regulation logic of economics, and realize the revolutionary transformation of economics from the mechanical paradigm to the systematic paradigm. Quantum economics can not only explain the operation law of industrial economy and digital economy, but also provide a new ideological framework for global economic governance, national innovation and development and the sustainable future of mankind.
