Description

Part of the Casa Santa Rosa resources and tools ecosystem (https://www.casasantarosa.it/risorse-e-strumenti), this multilingual working paper was developed within the Erasmus+ ECSE Project (KA210-SCH-2BD259E6) and focuses on effective communication practices in social and health care settings.

The publication collects practical notes and operational recommendations developed by professionals working in educational, social, and care contexts. The text addresses six main thematic areas: clarity and goals, listening and feedback, interaction and engagement, respect and sensitivity, efficiency and documentation, and development and evaluation.

The document is available in Italian, French, and English and is intended as an open educational and professional resource for practitioners, educators, social workers, care professionals, and multidisciplinary teams interested in improving communication processes within collaborative environments.

This publication was developed as part of the ECSE Erasmus+ Project and belongs to a broader ecosystem of training materials and educational resources on effective communication created during the project.
