About the Database Bcipep is a comprehensive database of experimentally validated linear (continuous) B-cell epitopes collected from published literature and publicly available databases. It consolidates scattered immunological data into a centralized, searchable platform, enabling systematic exploration of epitope sequences, immunogenicity, pathogen coverage, antibody information, and neutralization potential.
