Abstract
The Order Variation Theory trilogy constructs a complete unified framework from philosophy to physics and from axioms to constants. As the third volume, this paper establishes a mathematical model of the 14-order universal intrinsic time hierarchy based on the published axiomatic frameworks of Philosophical and Physical Order Variation Theories. Derived entirely from first principles, this work takes only the universal atomic-based time hierarchy (second, minute, hour) as the sole research object, eliminating interference from local planetary cycles and human conventions. It inherently derives the fundamental constants of the system, achieves the underlying unification of discrete temporal order and continuous spacetime geometry, and provides a new perspective for understanding the spacetime nature of the universe.
This work accomplishes: deconstruction of the 14-order 进制 of universal second–minute–hour; 14-order factorization of atomic time reference frequency; clarification of cosmic nesting hierarchy and steady-state effective universes; and closed-loop duality relation between discrete and continuous constants.
