Description

This paper presents a transformative paradigm in Systems Engineering for autonomous control through the introduction of Cognitive Intelligence (CI) and the implementation of the AIEZR Cognitive Machine (CM). Recognizing the inherent systemic failures of probabilistic Large Language Models (LLMs) when applied to critical infrastructure management (SCADA & DCIM), AIEZR redefines cognitive sovereignty by absolutely eliminating conventional LLM dependencies. Through precise Systems Engineering methodology, AIEZR adopts a Qubit Cell structure that integrates Neuro-Symbolic algorithms—fusing deterministic 5W Root Analytics as the logical atomic nucleus with Selective State Space Models (SSM) and Liquid Neural Networks (LLN). Mathematical proofs within this document demonstrate that the system is capable of extreme memory compression into Micro-Qubit space (32:1 ratio), guaranteeing zero hallucination via a mathematical Veto mechanism, and possessing Auto-Genesis capabilities to autonomously synthesize its own software organs. The result is a sovereign, fully deterministic cognitive machine designed to ensure the security and efficiency of future vital infrastructure.
