• Updated manuscript title formatting to keep only the post-colon title form.
• Removed Supplementary sections 9 and 10 (OASIS Jacobian ROI Cleanliness Analysis and Multi-Atlas Fusion CSV Export).
• Corrected main-text supplementary statement to match current Supplementary contents.
• Recompiled manuscript artifacts (article.pdf, supplementary.pdf, cover_letter.pdf).
• Regenerated independent submission folders and zip packages for main manuscript and supplementary materials.
• Added a numbered main-figure bundle folder:
