Description

This is a pre-release, recommended for testing and training purposes. For production, please use v0.8.1.

Major changes relative to v0.8.2-pre-1

  • New: PlanTUS integration now allows users to specify ROI volume mask, matching how PlanTUS was originally designed.
  • New: Skull density ratio (SDR) is now calculated and displayed in Step 2 if CT (real, ZTE, PETRA, Density) is provided as input. It is also exported in the CSV file in Step 3.
  • Improvement: Better detection of errors when running PlanTUS
  • Fix: Fix to Linux environment -@jkosciessa
