Description

ARQ c[q] Integration Addendum v0.1 is an additive integration addendum for the ARQ v0.2 supplement set.

The document integrates Qubit-State c (`c[q]`) into ARQ as a behavioral non-collapse overlay under uncertainty. It defines a bounded discipline for holding unresolved variants before witness-bound collapse into memory, action, Experience Artifact promotion, or outcome records.

The addendum is explicitly not physical quantum computing, not quantum consciousness, not ARQ Model M5, and not a replacement for ARQ_v0.2_Normative_Core.md.
