CONTINUOUS QUANTUM ENTANGLEMENT AND THE MODAL DISCIPLINE OF THE THEORY OF OBJECTIVITY: a critical–propositional analysis of Ricardo Mariano de Oliveira Dias's cosmological neutrino-flow hypothesis in confrontation with the axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras of TO

Description

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Ricardo Mariano de Oliveira Dias’s Continuous Quantum Entanglement: Interpretive Hypothesis of Cosmological Neutrino Flow V7 — Ontology of Being-There, published on Zenodo under DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20091667.

The study examines the degree of dialogue between Oliveira Dias’s cosmological neutrino-flow hypothesis and the Theory of Objectivity (TO), especially in relation to TO’s modal axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. The article argues that the Ontology of Being-There offers a fertile phenomenological bridge for TO by rejecting the idea of absolute physical emptiness, proposing a relationally saturated universe, and treating information as a physical-ontological dimension connected to quantum entanglement and cosmic continuity.

At the same time, the analysis identifies important points of tension: the possible elevation of the neutrino to an absolute ontological foundation, the excessive dissolution of the boundary between distinct elements, and the need for stronger empirical validation of the proposed “rutilance” and related observational claims. From the perspective of the Theory of Objectivity, the neutrino may be interpreted as a possible mediator, trace, or phenomenological operator of informational continuity, but not as a substitute for Nothingness as a primitive mathematical essence or for the transcendent element understood as information/knowledge produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiations.

The article concludes that Oliveira Dias’s hypothesis maintains a strong and productive dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, receiving a dialogue score of 8.3/10, provided that it remains subordinated to the modal discipline of TO’s axioms and open to further theoretical formalization and empirical testing.
