Description
We apply the CGOS phi measurement (γ = √(φ_match × H), where φ_match
measures closeness to the golden ratio complement φ⁻¹ = 0.6180339887
and H is Shannon entropy) to live NCBI GenBank sequences covering 60+
brain genes, four complete neurotransmitter pathways, the full
mitochondrial genome, and orthologous sequences across five species.
