Description
This research constitutes the second part of a comprehensive study on the Voynich Manuscript. While the previous work (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19574356) established the mathematical foundation of the OI-2026 Protocol, this paper reports the successful full-domain decompilation and the manifestation of the text as a medieval "Compendium of Alchemy and Medicine."
