Reference values of the environmental impacts of eight Swiss food products for different production types
Description
This spreadsheet lists the environmental impacts of eight different products for different production types calculated using the SALCA method (Nemecek et al 2024, Douziech et al 2024) according to the stategy developed in the Agroscope project "Benchmarking". The strategy is explained in a scientific publication to be submitted to a scientific journal in 2026. This version uses SALCA LCIA v2.05.
