Description

A place-based approach to low-carbon property retrofits has the potential to provide significant advantages over the current ad hoc approach. In this paper, we provide a computationally lightweight framework for archetyping properties and Lower Super Output Areas using publicly available data. This framework can be overlaid with various datasets which can then be used to analyse the potential for place-based interventions, thereby maximising the benefits of this approach.
