D5.4 EFRA Software Demonstrators for Decision Support

This deliverable showcases the software created to support expert decision-making in the three real-world EFRA use-cases. It implements software demonstrators that use existing or new decision support tools and includes a set of AI explainable dashboards designed to deliver AI-enabled insights and risk prediction results to end-users.

  • Pathogen risk prevention in the poultry industry.
  • Food-safety-optimal pesticide use in primary produce.
  • Privacy-preserving federated AI learning across food companies to inform unified risk prevention.
