The Influence Online Shopping Culture, Bandwagon Effect, Personal Financial Control on the Financial Independence of University Students in Bali Province

Financial independence is an individual's ability to manage their finances independently without relying on others, which is crucial for students facing economic challenges in the digital age. This study aims to examine the influence of online shopping culture, the bandwagon effect, and personal financial control on the financial independence of university students in Bali Province. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were university students in Bali Province. The sampling technique used the approach of Hair et al. (2019) with a sample size of 106 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that online shopping culture and personal financial control have a positive effect on student financial independence, while the bandwagon effect has no effect on student financial independence.
