Folder	Description
Calibrate definitions	tools and definitions to generate calibration kits for various liquids.
Convergence algorithm	scripts used for iterative layer extraction as described in thesis Section 2.4.3.
Data formatting	functions used for converting data formats.
Error analysis	MATLAB software and Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) files related to error analysis described in thesis Chapter 5.
Liquid 2-port generator	tool to generate 2-port model of a liquid (experimental).
LUT algorithm	scripts for LUT-based spectrum extraction as described in thesis Section 2.4.1.
Numerical model functions	numerical model helper functions, used for convergence and LUT algorithm.
Particle mixing	tool for numerical estimation of liquids with mixed particles (experimental).
Sensing depth analysis	tools used for estimating sensing depth as presented in thesis Section 4.2.3.
Surface approach using phase deviation	software used for the positioning of the OECP using the motorised plate, used in thesis Section 4.2 and Chapter 6.
