Description

This paper affirms the importance of developing communication and collaboration competence in digital
environments for Grade 5 students, aligned with the digital competence framework stipulated in Circular No. 02/2025/TT-BGDĐT.
The authors identify this as one of six core domains of digital competence, encompassing skills ranging from interaction and
information sharing to collaboration and digital identity management. The study highlights the strong alignment between the
learning outcomes of Grade 5 Mathematics and the behavioral indicators of digital competence, illustrated through the topic of
Statistics and Probability. The article presents two proposed measures and shows that these measures not only help students acquire
mathematical knowledge more deeply but also establish a solid foundation for modern, transparent learning and working styles in
the digital era.
