LOTRSeq: Processed and Annotated Single‑Cell RNA‑seq Data (Seurat RData Object)

Description

This dataset contains 10x Genomics Chromnium 3' single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data and Nanopore long read sequencing transcript-derived genotyping from diagnostic CD34⁺ bone marrow samples. It includes n = 8 JAK2V617F chronic phase (CP) MPN patients (1 ET, 4 PV, 1 PMF, 2 sMF), n = 4 post-MPN AML samples. It also contains n = 6 CD34⁺ healthy controls (from Ainciburu et al., 2023). Two patients (SA1 and SA2) are represented by paired chronic phase (CP) and leukemic transformation (LT) samples.

All data have been quality filtered, normalized, integrated, clustered, and annotated.
