CARE — The Boundary Where Reality Is Decided Execution-Boundary Governance Architecture for AI and Autonomous Systems

Contributors

Description

CARE (Constructable Admissibility Realizability Enforcement) is an execution-boundary governance architecture for AI and autonomous systems.

It defines a single governing invariant:

No admissibility → no bind → no path → no effect.

This release captures the public consolidation of CARE through:

vNEXT522 — Bind Bypass Impossibility / Structural Boundary Reality Lock.

At its core:

CARE does not govern paths.
CARE governs whether anything can produce effect.

Paths may exist.
Effect may not.

The boundary condition is absolute:

Nothing becomes real unless admissibility is proven at the moment it becomes real.

Effect-capability is the only governed object.

If anything can produce effect without admissibility at t₃, it is a bypass and the system fails.

Effect identity is strict:

Effect realized must equal effect admitted.

HOLD is terminal:

HOLD is a non-effect state.
It cannot escalate, retry, fallback, or continue.

Any continuation requires a new admissibility decision at t₃.

Bind is the only authority surface:

No signal, model output, policy, approval, identity, or history carries authority unless realized as a valid bind at the moment of execution.

CARE does not remove system behavior.
CARE removes the ability of that behavior to produce effect.

This release is intentionally minimal.

It establishes authorship, canonical invariants, and boundary conditions without exposing full internal architecture or implementation details.

Acknowledgement:

This release was developed through intensive boundary testing and iteration.

Acknowledgement to Jake Macdonald for adversarial boundary testing and contribution to the final execution-bound admissibility closure.

Acknowledgement to Richard Colimon for pressure-testing and refinement of boundary behavior under real system conditions.

All architectural definitions, invariants, and final system construction remain authored and consolidated by the original creator.

This public release provides only a minimal, non-executable representation of CARE.

Full architecture, implementation detail, and execution-bound enforcement remain private.
