Processed microbiome feature tables for cross-platform generalization study

This dataset contains processed microbiome feature tables generated from 
publicly available datasets obtained via the Qiita platform, including 
datasets originating from the Human Microbiome Project (HMP), HMP2, 
and other studies deposited in the NCBI SRA and ENA databases 
(ERP121770, ERP143365, PRJNA778008).

All data have been reprocessed, normalized, and batch-corrected for 
cross-platform analysis. Only non-identifiable, aggregated data are provided.

Original sequencing data are available from their respective repositories, 
and the original studies are cited in the associated manuscript.
