CARE — The Boundary Where Reality Is Decided
Execution-Boundary Governance Architecture for AI and Autonomous Systems
CARE (Constructable Admissibility Realizability Enforcement) is an execution-boundary governance architecture for AI and autonomous systems.
It defines a single invariant:
No admissibility → no bind → no path → no effect.
Upstream systems may reason and propose,
but only execution-time admissibility at the boundary determines whether consequence can become real.
This release captures CARE vNEXT470 as a public minimal consolidation, extending from model completeness into real-system enforcement:
→ refusal as a topology-wide non-effect state
→ elimination of post-decision execution leakage
→ closure of real-world effect escape surfaces
If reality can happen anywhere outside bind, the system is not governed.
This release reflects intensive boundary-level dialogue and adversarial pressure-testing under real system conditions, contributing to clarification of execution-bound admissibility and distributed runtime behavior.
All architectural definitions, invariants, and final system construction remain authored and consolidated by the original creator.
