Companion artifacts for the paper "Automatic Clutch: An Industrial Experience 
with Predictive Autoscaling as a Diagnostic Instrument" accepted at the 
Industry Track of ECSA 2026.

This archive contains:
1. Workload Characterization – the empirical analysis underlying the 
   tier design (stationarity, seasonal strength, trend strength).
2. Architecture Specification – the Automatic Clutch architecture 
   specification referenced in the paper.

Production telemetry cannot be released under NDA. These artifacts provide 
the reusable design rationale and analytical basis independent of the 
protected data.
