Investigação de Acidentes de Trabalho

"Workplace Accident Investigation" is a chapter from the e-book Técnicas de Segurança do Trabalho (Occupational Safety Techniques), authored by Rui A. C. Veiga (Merituscalabis, 2024). The chapter presents a structured, technical approach to investigating workplace accidents and near-misses. It covers the full investigation cycle: emergency response, evidence preservation, data collection, data organisation and analysis.
