dggs-biodiversity-bias — a common DGGS for the integration of biodiversity with Copernicus EO and Destination Earth climate models

Authors/Creators

  • 1. LifeWatch ERIC

Description

Patch release aligning the citation metadata (`CITATION.cff`, `codemeta.json`) with the framing pivot introduced in v0.2.0.

The v0.2.0 release shipped with the previous-version subtitle in the citation metadata. This release updates the title to "a common DGGS for the integration of biodiversity with Copernicus EO and Destination Earth climate models", matching the README and the Jupyter Book index. Notebook content, figures, and the eight-notebook argument are unchanged from v0.2.0.

Metadata changes

  • Title pivoted in both `CITATION.cff` and `codemeta.json` to match the README's new framing.
  • Codemeta description rewritten to reflect the four-step layered argument and the eight-notebook structure.
  • Keywords expanded to cover the broader argument: H3, ISEA3H, rHEALPix, EEA reference grid, climate-driven biodiversity, Copernicus, Destination Earth, GRID4EARTH, foscat, scattering networks, geometric deep learning, ellipsoidal HEALPix.
  • Zenodo concept DOI (10.5281/zenodo.19848749) added as a stable identifier in both files.
  • ESA GRID4EARTH added to codemeta `isPartOf`.
