This repository contains the de-identified dataset and SAS analysis scripts used in the study "Examining HPV vaccination coverage among childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer survivors: a report from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort study".
Study Overview: The purpose of this study was to examine human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiation and completion among childhood, adolescent, and young adult (CAYA) cancer survivors. The study also assessed the influence of sociodemographic and cancer-specific factors on vaccination uptake. The analysis utilizes data from 2,907 5+ year cancer survivors enrolled in the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort (SJLIFE) treated at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

- Contains the underlying sociodemographic data, cancer-specific variables (such as age at diagnosis, mode of treatment), and HPV vaccination status (initiation and completion) for the study cohort.

- Includes the SAS version 9.4 scripts used to generate descriptive statistics, univariate models, and multivariable logistic regression analyses to evaluate associations between survivor characteristics and vaccination outcomes.
