摘 要:面对复杂经济环境下传统货币政策在应对不确定性、非线性关联及多因素交织等问题时的调控困境,本文创新性地将量子理论引入货币政策研究领域,构建系统完整、逻辑自洽的量子货币政策理论框架,为破解调控难题提供全新理论视角与实践方案。本文首先系统剖析传统货币政策的内在局限,明确其在刻画复杂货币系统、适配主体决策不确定性及传导机制复杂性方面的短板;进而深入阐释量子理论与货币政策融合的理论基础,解析量子态叠加、量子纠缠等核心原理在货币政策中的作用机制与具体实施路径,并结合模拟示例实证检验其应用效能。研究表明,量子货币政策能够精准捕捉货币系统的复杂状态与动态演化规律,有效适配经济主体决策的叠加态特征及货币政策传导的非局域关联特性,显著提升宏观经济调控的科学性、精准性与有效性。本研究拓展了货币政策理论的研究边界,推动宏观经济学理论与实践的范式创新,为我国及全球宏观经济调控提供兼具前瞻性与可操作性的新工具,丰富了宏观经济调控的理论体系与实践路径。

Abstract
Abstract: Faced with the regulatory dilemma of traditional monetary policy in dealing with uncertainty, nonlinear correlation, and multiple intertwined factors in a complex economic environment, this article innovatively introduces quantum theory into the field of monetary policy research, constructs a systematic and logically consistent quantum monetary policy theoretical framework, and provides a new theoretical perspective and practical solution for solving regulatory difficulties. This article first systematically analyzes the inherent limitations of traditional monetary policy, clarifying its shortcomings in characterizing complex monetary systems, adapting to decision-making uncertainty of subjects, and the complexity of transmission mechanisms; Furthermore, we will delve into the theoretical foundation of the integration of quantum theory and monetary policy, analyze the mechanism and specific implementation path of core principles such as quantum state superposition and quantum entanglement in monetary policy, and empirically test their application effectiveness through simulation examples. Research has shown that quantum monetary policy can accurately capture the complex state and dynamic evolution laws of the monetary system, effectively adapt to the superposition characteristics of economic decision-making and the non local correlation characteristics of monetary policy transmission, and significantly improve the scientificity, accuracy, and effectiveness of macroeconomic regulation. This study expands the research boundaries of monetary policy theory, promotes paradigm innovation in macroeconomic theory and practice, and provides a forward-looking and operable new tool for macroeconomic regulation in China and globally, enriching the theoretical system and practical path of macroeconomic regulation.
