Purpose of this Release
This repository provides the complete, citable, and peer‑review‑ready methodology corpus of the NationFiles framework. It consolidates all scientific, architectural, and audit‑oriented documents required to understand, verify, and reproduce the NationFiles Stability Index (NFSI), the Naciro Intelligence Engine, and the Large Processing Unit (LPU) inference architecture.
The release is intended for academic peer review, public‑sector audits, reproducibility studies, and long‑term archival.
