This record fixes the Level5 External Admit Authority v1.0.2 as a cryptographically anchored non-operational reference object.

Level5 defines an external deterministic admission boundary that evaluates execution intent before irreversible side effects occur.

Version v1.0.2 replaces the raw operational IP:port presentation from v1.0.1 with domain-based public reference anchors. This is a public reference correction only. It does not alter or grant operational access, deployment rights, implementation rights, commercial rights, evaluation rights, conformity rights, endorsement rights, or authoritative interpretation rights.
