Description
Public reproducibility bundle for the Z-Screen platform: five preprint manuscripts and the supporting code, derived data, and analysis tables.
What's in the archive
The single zip unpacks into a ZScreen_Preprint_Public/ directory. The repository root carries six rendered PDFs (five papers plus a concatenated bundle). The bundle uses irreversible chemistry embeddings (Gaussian random projection of ECFP4 fingerprints) keyed by smiles_hash; raw SMILES are not included. Per-paper README files describe the exact reproduction order. Tested with Python 3.14.3 on Windows.
This is a pre-release for feedback. Author attribution will move from Zafrens, Inc. to the formal individual author list at bioRxiv submission.
