CARE vNEXT384 — Complete CARE Closure Consolidation / Scope Boundary Integrity Lock

Contributors

Data curator:

Description

This release establishes authorship and canonical origin of CARE.

While reuse is permitted under CC BY 4.0, the CARE architecture,

its invariants, and execution-boundary model remain attributed

to the original author and canonical Zenodo record.

-

This is a minimal public release of CARE (Constructable Admissibility Realizability Enforcement).

It establishes authorship, canonical invariants, scope boundary, and release integrity,

without exposing full architecture, implementation surfaces, or internal system design.

CARE is an execution-boundary governance architecture where only a valid,

execution-time bind may allow consequence to become system reality.

No proof → no bind → no effect.

Acknowledgement

This release was developed through intensive boundary testing and iteration.

Special acknowledgement to Jake Macdonald for sustained, high-signal dialogue

at the execution-bound admissibility layer, helping stress-test and clarify

boundary conditions during final consolidation.

Additional appreciation to contributors and collaborators who engaged

in probing, questioning, and challenging the model during its formation.

All architectural definitions, invariants, and final system construction

remain authored and consolidated by the origi nal creator.
