Abstract: in order to solve the linear reductionism limitations of the classical western economics "rational man balanced market" paradigm and the local "factor endowment comparative advantage" framework, as well as the problems existing in the existing quantum economics, such as the simplification of concept transplantation, fragmentation of theoretical framework, lack of practical adaptability, etc., this paper takes "the quantum attribute of economic system" as the logical starting point, constructs a new theoretical system of quantum economics, defines its connotation, research object and method system, builds a micro meso macro three-level progressive analysis framework, and forms a complete discipline system covering all dimensions. The research is verified by typical cases such as the rise of China's new energy vehicle industry, poverty alleviation practice, and the superlinear growth of the digital economy. The results show that the theory can effectively explain the uncertainty, nonlinear correlation, and evolutionary transition characteristics of complex economic systems. Based on Chinese practice, this paper breaks through the shackles of Western paradigm and provides a new core paradigm for the construction of China's independent knowledge system of modern economics.
