Description
Figure 2 ML tree based on the combined LSU–ITS–SSU–rpb2–tef1-α sequences. Bootstrap support values for ML greater than 75% and PP greater than 0.95 are given near nodes as ML-BS/PP. The tree is rooted with Myrmecridium schulzeri (CBS 100.54) and M. sorbicola (CBS 143433). The superscript "T" denotes ex-type strains. The new taxa are indicated in red.
