Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing for a New generation of Corine Land Cover Maps in Colombia
Description
In this site, you can download sample raster files of the CORINE Land Cover Colombia (CLCC) Harmonized Raster Maps for 2022 and 2024, generated as part of the published paper "Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing for a New Generation of CORINE Land Cover Maps in Colombia" (Espejo et al., 2026, Remote Sensing, MDPI). Both maps are available in raster format (.tif) and can be opened in any GIS software. The files CLCC_2022.tif and CLCC_2024.tif correspond to sample subsets of the national land cover maps at 1:50,000 scale with 10 m spatial resolution, using a 21-class harmonized thematic legend derived from the official 55-class CLCC legend. The coordinate reference system is MAGNA-SIRGAS National Origin (EPSG: 9377). This sample is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not represent the complete national coverage. For access to the full national dataset, please contact the Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (IDEAM), Bogotá, Colombia.
