The 3D simulation dataset documents the highfidelity electrothermal computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of the FreeTwinEV 1s4p battery module, performed using AVL FIRE M 2025.2.0. These simulations provide spatially and temporally resolved descriptions of heat generation, conduction, and convective cooling within the module assembly, forming the highestfidelity modelling layer.
