Datasets during force and indentation module calibration, Extracted peak values from spectral data on Shapes and Circles targets, angled data table

Description

Stiffness_Test_Shapes_2mm_4s_NewSensor_Clear.csv and Stiffness_Test_Circles_2mm_New_Sensor_PredLoad_Force.csv :

csv files containing the x and y coordinates, as well as Bragg peak intensities and positions for the 'Shapes' and 'Circles' targets appearing in Figure 7 and Figure 8. At the last column lies the force value estiamted by the linear regression model 

Force_calibration_perpendicular.zip :

FBG spectra files and load cell values in the attached xls file during the force calibration procedure under normal incidence

Indentation_calibration_perpendicular.zip :

FBG spectra files and distance (indentation) values in the attached xls file during the indentation probe calibration procedure under normal incidence

Force_Angle_DataTable.xlsx:

xlsx data table with the Bragg wavelegnth shifts and intensities of the force module under angled incidence at angles (phi and theta).

csv_to_3d_plot_Circles.py

Python script that inputs the csv data of the 'Circles' target and outputs the graph of Figure 8

csv_to_3d_plot_Shapes.py

Python script that inputs the csv data of the 'Shapes' target and outputs the graph of Figure 7

 

Due to the large size of the spectral data for the angles and ML methods calibration, data is available upon request.
