Fixed:
- stdout/stderr logs are now joined to stdout in UGER
- job id is annotated in UGER jobscript.sh
- quieter conda version/presence check
- os.environ correction on UGER
- printing of ls during check for DATADIR in UGER prevented during jobscript blacklist check
- removed stale symlink in test input data
