The Visibility Principle and Charm Occlusion Dynamics

Description
The Visibility Principle
Experimental anomalies at particle colliders are not random deviations from an otherwise complete theory. They are the observable signatures of binding entropy release at the Higgs interaction arena, detectable precisely where competing occlusion pathways achieve maximum competition. The Standard Model correctly describes the individual pathways but provides no mechanism for the release events. PAQ Theory supplies that mechanism.
CERN is not missing what it is not looking for. The binding entropy release signatures are present in existing data. The missing element is the interpretive framework that recognises them as a coherent, predictable pattern rather than isolated deviations.
