KomaMRI.jl: An open-source framework for general MRI simulations with GPU acceleration

Highlights

• Updated Pulseq read/write code for the new RF and gradient edge-sample representation in KomaMRIBase.
• Matched arbitrary RF center handling to MATLAB Pulseq's peak-center convention.
• Preserved shaped-gradient first/last continuity when reading Pulseq files without mutating shared gradient library entries.
• Expanded MATLAB Pulseq parity coverage for RF timing, ADC sample divisibility, shaped-gradient continuity, and RF half-raster cases.
