Patch release v1.1.1.
Technical fix only: DOI badges in README and index now use the concept DOI (10.5281/zenodo.19794714), which always points to the latest version, rather than the DOI of a specific version. This means badges will not need updating in future releases.
DOI references throughout the project have been updated to reflect the v1.1 deposit (10.5281/zenodo.19899202) where appropriate, with the concept DOI clearly identified.
No changes to the content of the essence or the book.
